Milkoo Shopping Agent service fee Policy and Procedure

Introduction

These Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of our website, Website Name accessible at Internet

Our company agent service fee will be:-

  1. For sale of houses, cars and machineries
  • The fee is 2% of the total sale amount
  1. For rental of cars and machineries
  • The fee is 10% of the total lease amount
  1. For rental/lease of residential or commercial properties
  • The fee is 10% calculated as ( 3 * Total lease amount/month)

 

COMMISSION SPLIT

 

Who can work and get commission on milkooshopping.com?

MILKOO SHOPPING:-

  1. If the staff of Milkoo Shopping list properties and sale by their own effort, {2% or full commission is paid to Milkoo Shopping}
  • AGENT:-
  1. If Milkoo Shopping Agent lists a property, and sale by his/her effort by helping both parties on the process of selling and buying/lease, {1% commission for Agent and 1% commission for Milkoo Shopping}.
  2. If property is listed by Milkoo shopping and sold by an Agent {1% commission for agent and 1% commission for Milkoo Shopping}.
  3. If property is listed by an Agent and sold by Milkoo Shopping, {1% commission for agent and 1% commission for Milkoo Shopping}.
  4. If an Agent listed the property and sold by a registered customer, {0.5% Commission for an Agent, 0.5% for Registered Customer and 1% for Milkoo Shopping}
  5. If the property is listed by Milkoo shopping and sold by registered customer, {1% commission for Registered Customer and 1% for Milkoo Shopping}

 

If Registered Customer List the property’:-

  1. And sold by Milkoo Shopping, {2% Commission for Milkoo Shopping}
  2. And sold by an Agent, {1% for Agent and 1% for Milkoo Shopping}
  3. And sold by registered Customer:- 100% by his own effort , {1% Commission for registered Customer and 1% for Milkoo Shopping}
  4. If with help of Milkoo Shopping, {0.5% Commission for registered customer, 1.5% for Milkoo Shopping}
  5. If sold with the help of an Agent, {0.5% Commission for registered customer, 0.5% for Agent and 1% for Milkoo Shopping}

 

NOTE

  1. The service fee is non-refundable
  2. The service fee doesn’t include 15% VAT
  3. The service fee payment will be made on the signing of sale/lease agreement
  4. The service fee is a onetime payment
